Techkarigar provides bespoke digital solutions, including web development, AI automation, and technical consulting. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all custom code, designs, and digital assets created specifically for a client will become the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fees. Techkarigar retains the right to use aggregate, non-identifiable data and general techniques developed during the project.

4. Limitation of Liability

Techkarigar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techkarigar operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
